Q.20 Why?
• This was the best presentation of the conference.
• Great perspective.
• Great information, great presentation. Right on targe.
• Very entertaining
• This was the best presentation. Ramit had fresh new ideas and made us feel like we were peeking into the window of young minds and how they view finances. He was very articulate and insightful, I am now a card carrying subscriber to his blog. Thank you.
• I considered this to be one of the more informative presentations - everything he had to share was relevant and what I needed to hear
• He understood this target and gave us insight on how we might motivate them.
• He's an excellent speaker, and better yet, he was a great asset to the rest of the summit.
• Enthusiasm and incite to the age group
• Arrogant young man with limited life experience. Bright fellow who will likely succeed due to his talents. I'm glad his language at the event was more appropriate than his web postings. Shock is (sadly) often effective yet seldom the right choice.
• Ramit is a very dynamic presenter and certainly interesting to listen to and converse with. He is our demographic so his viewpoints were noteworthy. I took a lot away from is presentation.
• Very pertinent to understand what kids today do. Ramit was extremely entertaining and obviously knowledgeable.
• Good example of what his age group can do and the need to tie into this generation.
• Worth the price of admission. I loved his candor and ideas. I will refer to his blog often as we develop ours.
• Ramit's presentation drove home the message of reaching young people through candid, edgy, person-to-person communication. Even more so, the controversy surrounding the blog drove home the barriers to such innovation. It was quite revealing to have CUNA telling me that the key to youth communication is honesty and edginess, yet have that same institution censor Ramit's blog post, demonstrating that it cannot practice what it preaches. Sometimes the best lessons are of the "whatever you do, don't do it this way" type. Had a credit union done such a thing with a real blog program, it would have been "game over" for that CU.
• I enjoyed his honesty.
• Ramit hit the bull's eye! I loved everything he had to say about serving young adults...even if it was considered rude and crude by some. Ramit is honest and his "tell it like it is" attitude is common with many young adults. He was by far the best presenter!
• Perfect insight about Gen Y from a Gen Y person. Very direct and to the point, had good points to ponder.
• We were able to see what was driving this young entrepreneur. However, his style doesn't go over too well in the "bible belt."
• Incredible, opened my eyes to things I never heard of.
• He is an outstanding speaker and I feel that he is great at expressing the thoughts of what an 18-30 demographics concerns are at theri age as well as their interests. He opened the doors to the positives of using blogs and advertising through the younger demographic frequently used sight through the internet.
• Honest and to the point -- one of the highlights of the conference.
• Again, a great chance to learn what appeals to this age group.
• It works well for the present, but as an entrp. he will change with every year to continue to be sucessful
• I love what he is doing.
• He was a good speaker to listen to. He gave practical advice on how to work with Gen Y'ers.
• He knows whats going on for sure. I loved him. He speaks with passion and I think people are drawn to him.
• Ramit was very real and gave some good insights regarding Gen Y. He is obviously ahead of the curve in terms of financial "know how" but it was helpful to hear from him and talk to him one on one since he stayed through other sessions.
• Ramit rocks! Defintely someone to keep an eye on to see what works with Gen Y.
• Excellent! I could have listened to him speak for hours. He gave the insight that we need. Who better to hear it from than someone from his generation.
• Ramit was dynamic and engaging. His topic was very relevant to the summit.
• He's in the demographic, and he's talking to the demographic. Mountains of useful information.
